Any returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items are in their original condition
  • Items are in their original packaging
  • Items still have original tags attached

We will not accept refunds or exchanges if the items:

  • Are stained
  • Are perfumed
  • Are not in their original condition
  • Are not in their original packaging
  • Do not have original tags attached


Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email if you have been approved or denied a refund. 

If you are approved then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

In the case of return for refund, you will pay for cost of return shipping.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for errors in address input at checkout. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your purchased items if there were errors in the inputted address at checkout. 

Please take care when trying on garments and refer to our size chart if you are uncertain about sizing.
